This project contains a series of portraits shot in black in white of the people in my life. Each image captures an intimate moment in my daily life. All of the images have a theme of friendship and the relationship between individuals. Each photo is intimately framed and is designed to pull the viewer into the scene to share the moment. Subjects are family members and personal friends. I chose to capture the moments that I wanted to remember forever. The intimate moments shared between individuals make life worth living.
I really really love your book Amanda! I also think the choice to do all your photos in black and white really compliments the intimacy of your photographs. I truly enjoyed scrolling through! side note: the child is also super photogenic and adorable!! love your work:)
