She is under her blankets with her head resting on the pillow. Under her left arm is an image of a man presumably her significant other or maybe a family member. She is looking down at the image as if she is longing to see him. The image of the man is taken from a ¾ view of his face. His eyes are pointed up and it appears he is looking directly at the woman lying on top of the image of him. Interpreting this image I see a woman who has been taken away to this ward and is missing her significant other or family member. She is looking down at the man with a sad gaze.
