For my first, third, and fourth images I had the goal to freeze the motion of water, and for my second shot I wanted to make it seem more fluid, so I used a longer shutter speed. Editing the first shot, I wanted to keep the subtle blue and greens in the body of the wave so I colorized it. For the second shot, I think it looks really clean just plain black and white, so I used channel mixing and adjusted the colors as it was a black and white image. For my third shot, I used the hue/ saturation technique to get it black and white, and I also used a layer mask on the sky to get the flare of water to stand out against the sky. For my last shot, I wanted it to look almost like oil, so I used duotone with orange and black as my colors.

I absolutely love your photographs, I even showed them to my friends! I love the ocean and feel like you captured it beautifully. Despite my love for your wave photographs I love you last picture. The blur is very unique and adds a very gloomy calm vibe to the image.
Thank you! I appreciate it
Wow! These photos look so professional. Your shots are really unique and look like they could be made into posters. I think that the fact that you had access to waves really contributed to your success on this project. My favorite one is the second one; the example of channel mixing. You did a really great job!
