Shana & Robert ParkeHarrison take photography to the next level in their Promisedland collection of their Architect Brothers series. These images are entirely creative as they depict an imaginary apocalyptic world with characters committed to inventing objects to help bring back the world. These images are staged and crafted to create a scene unlike anything we see in present reality. We don’t know when these photos take place either. The ParkeHarrison’s sculpted objects/inventions seen in their photos that are concerned with the environment, which we can see the characters in the photos are trying to restore the earth from this devastation. The photographers use collage techniques as well as mass reproduction techniques to combine his photos, but how they do it is somewhat a secret.
