It is hard to tell how old this worker is which makes the photo even more horrifying because although he is probably still very young his face is covered in soot and is dressed in adult clothes that look too big for him. His stance and face is weary with a blank expression at the camera. He is by a railroad track and is standing on a stone to lift him up which makes the figure seem even smaller.
