I think this photo is so effective because the photo seems to be captured as woman was walking away and got called to turn around. The blurring around her makes the fact that she is the main composition so powerful. The way the black and white in her clothing stands out against the black and whites of the photo is really interesting to me. I chose this photo because I can almost feel the emotion through her eyes and facial expression.
